Terms of Service

1. General

Power To Play is a youth-focused strength and conditioning program designed to promote physical literacy and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Fees and Payment

Power To Play operates on a per-session package system. Our packages are prepaid, and sessions do not expire, allowing flexibility for families. Full, unused packages can be refunded, but only within 7 days of the initial purchase. Once a child has begun attending, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. For example, if a parent purchases a package of four sessions and the child attends one session, the remaining three sessions are non-refundable.

3. Attendance and Scheduling

Parents are responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be rescheduled based on availability but are not guaranteed. Power To Play reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Health and Safety

Participation in Power To Play sessions requires a signed acknowledgment of our waiver and consent form. Parents or guardians confirm that their child is in good health and physically capable of participating. Power Play is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Media Consent

By enrolling in Power To Play, you grant permission for Power Play to capture photos or videos of your child during sessions for promotional purposes. Power Play will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and privacy of your child online.

6. Code of Conduct

Power To Play promotes a positive and inclusive environment. Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other participants or violates safety guidelines may result in the removal of a participant from the program.

7. Changes to Terms

Power To Play reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
