Frequently Asked Questions
What is Power To Play?
Power To Play is a specialized program designed to improve children’s physical literacy and athletic skills through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Our sessions incorporate a variety of sports and exercises to create a well-rounded developmental experience.
What age groups do you cater to?
Power To Play is tailored for children aged 5 to 13. We ensure activities are both challenging and suitable.
What are the package options and costs?
We offer flexible packages of 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 sessions. Each package is prepaid, and sessions do not expire, providing convenience for busy families. We do offer exclusive packages for clubs, schools and communities, and these are negotiated before being offered to those communities.
Are there refunds for unused sessions?
Full, unused packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. However, sessions are non-refundable once a child has begun attending. For instance, if a package of four sessions is purchased and only one session is attended, the remaining sessions will not be refunded.
What should my child bring to a session?
Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle. Specific equipment may be required for certain activities and will be communicated in advance.
Is Power to Play safe for my child?
Yes! Our programs are designed and supervised by qualified coaches with extensive experience in youth training. We prioritize safety while encouraging children to challenge themselves.
Who are the coaches?
Our professional coaches have backgrounds in strength and conditioning, as well as experience working with young athletes across various sports disciplines. Our coaches all undergo a vigorous vetting process including a police background check.
