PowerPlay operates on a per-session package system. Our packages are prepaid, and sessions do not expire, allowing flexibility for families. Full, unused packages can be refunded, but only within 7 days of the initial purchase. Once a child has begun attending, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. For example, if a parent purchases a package of four sessions and the child attends one session, the remaining three sessions are non-refundable.
